Packages Available:
Simplified Divorce: $300
Requirements:
- Must make less than $50,000/year
- No children
Includes one three-hour session to complete the following:
- Simplified Petition for Divorce
- Simplified Financial Affidavits for both parties
- Simplified Settlement Agreement
- SSN Affidavits for both parties
Standard Divorce: $450
Requirements:
- Salary of greater than $50,000/year
- no children
Includes one four-hour session to complete the following:
- Petition for Divorce (with/without property)
- Financial Affidavits for both parties
- Settlement Agreement
- SSN Affidavits for both parties
Complicated Divorce: $600
Requirements:
- Salary of greater than $50,000/year
- At least one child
Includes one five-hour session to complete the following:
- Petition for Divorce
- Financial affidavits for both parties
- Parenting Agreement
- Child support worksheet
- Settlement Agreement
- SSN affidavits for both parties
Hourly Rate for Family Court Mediation: $150
If we cannot reach a full resolution, run out of time, or if you need additional mediation services, the hourly rate is $200/hour.
